• By submitting artwork to this site, you are claiming to be the sole creator and owner of the original artwork and supplied images.
• By submitting artwork to this site, you are granting PleinAirAlberta limited online publishing rights to the images submitted.
• The artist shall retain all copyrights on submitted materials.
• We cannot accept previously copyrighted materials for display in our gallery without written permission from the copyright holder(s).
• We will not sell or use any images displayed in the gallery, or distribute them in any other way, without explicit written permission from the original artist.
• We may wish to use some images for promotional purposes, but we will request consent from the original artists before doing so.
• We reserve the right to decline displaying artwork we feel does not meet our site goals and standards, or contains inappropriate or copyrighted material.
